Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip

This great appetizer has become a restaurant classic. Let it become a regular treat in your home thanks to the crockpot!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg frozen chopped Spinach thawed, drained
  • 1 pkg frozen artichokes 14oz can Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Light Mayo you can use regular
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients
  • Spoon into lightly buttered 3 1/2 quart slow cooker on HIGH for about 1 hour.
  • Serve with cubes of crusty bread or assorted crackers.

Notes

I like to use frozen artichokes, because there is no oil or salt involved. You don’t have to drain and they are so easy to chop while still frozen. Look for them in the grocer’s freezer next to the frozen spinach.
