Instant or Old Fashioned Oatmeal

flour
or gluten free flour mix

cup
brown sugar

baking soda

salt

egg
beaten

tablespoons
vegetable oil

cup
milk
or milk substitute

cup
raisins
Instructions
Line crockpot with parchment paper
In a large bowl mix together all of the dry ingredients until combined.
Stir in egg, oil, milk, and raisins with a spatula until combined.
Pour batter into lined crockpot and cook on high for 1 and a half to 2 hours or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.Gluten Free
