Ingredients

peaches
about 5 cups; fresh or frozen;

cup
brown sugar
1 ½
cups
all-purpose flour
or gluten free flour mix
1
cup
granulated sugar
2
teaspoon
baking powder
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
½
teaspoon
baking soda
½
teaspoon
salt
½
cup
unsalted butter
or dairy free margarine
Instructions
Peel and slice peaches and add to large bowl
Add brown sugar and stir, set aside
In a small bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray
Spread peaches evenly in crockpot
Sprinkle flour mixture over peaches
Slice butter into small pieces and add on top of flour mixture
Cook on HIGH for 2 ½ hours
Turn on LOW for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
Serve warm or room temperature with ice cream if you like
Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator
