Here is a new one that I would have never thought of. It is nice to have a vegan option every once in a while.
Pineapple Baked Beans

Ingredients
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1 8 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients in a crock pot or slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Notes
*to make sure these are vegan check the barbecue sauce ingredients
*Gluten Free- These are also gluten free but you will need to use gf soy sauce and bbq sauce.
