Boneless Pork Chops

olive oil

cup
apple juice
1/2
cup
brown sugar

tsp
mustard powder
1
tablespoons
soy sauce
6
strips of bacon
Instructions
Place 2 tbsp of olive oil in the bottom of the crock pot. Top with pork chops.
Then pour apple juice, brown sugar, mustard powder, and soy sauce over the chops.
Lay the bacon over the top. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Make sure you use a gluten free soy sauce, or you can omit completely.
