4boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite sized pieces)
Salt and pepper
1cuphoney
1/2cupsoy sauce
1/2cuponiondiced
1/4cupketchup
2tablespoonsvegetable oilcould also use olive oil or canola oil
2clovesgarlicminced
1/4teaspoonred pepper flakesoptional
4teaspooncornstarch dissolved in 6 Tablespoons water

Instructions
Season both sides of chicken with lightly with salt and pepper, put into crock pot. In medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, garlic and pepper flakes. Pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high 1 1/2 – 2 1/2 hours. Just until chicken is fully cooked.
Remove chicken from crock pot and place in serving dish.
Reserve the liquid from the crock pot and place it in a saucepan on the stove. Dissolve 4 teaspoons of cornstarch in 6 tablespoons of water and pour into the saucepan with the liquid from the crock pot. Heat over medium high heat until it thickens. Stirring while heating.
Pour thickened sauce over the chicken and Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve over rice or noodles.
