Taco Toppings { Sour CreamGuacamole, Cheese, etc. }
Instructions
Place the beef in your crockpot and top with taco seasoning. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove the lid and shred the beef. Once shredded stir in the refried beans and recover to heat through.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Add some the meat mixture to the center of each tortilla and roll them up tightly. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Once you baking sheet is filled spray the taquitos with some olive oil cooking spray. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the tortillas start to get crispy.
Serve with your favorite taco toppings.

Gluten Free
Use a gluten free tortilla. These do tend to crack easier so you may want to brush them with a little olive oil before you fill them.
