Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts
or skinless chicken thighs

tablespoons
taco seasoning

bell pepper
seeded and sliced

medium
onion
sliced

fresh mushrooms
sliced (optional)

Cup
Butter

Pepper Jack Cheese
Instructions
Place chicken in the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker and season with taco seasoning.
Top with sliced peppers, onions and mushrooms (if desired)
Cut butter into cubes and sprinkle them over the top
Dook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
You can shred your chicken or leave it whole. Top with cheese on cook on high for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
