Ingredients

Chicken Breasts
about 2 lbs
1
can of pineapple in juice
tidbits, chucks, rings, it doesn't matter
1
medium onion
2
tablespoons
soy sauce
1/4
cup
honey
1
tsp
ginger
1/2
cup
chicken broth
dash of salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop onion and place in crock pot. Place Chicken Breasts on top of onion.
Dump the can of pineapple (juice and all) over the chicken.
In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
Cover and cook on HIGH in the crockpot for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-8
hours.
Serve over rice and with a steamed veggie.Gluten Free
