Ingredients

French Bread
cubed (or other loaf bread)

Strawberry Preserves
1 1/2
cups
strawberries
diced

Vanilla

brown sugar
Instructions
Place 1/2 of cubed bread in a parchment lined 6 qt or larger crockpot.
Top with diced strawberries and then the other half of the bread.
In a large bowl beat together preserves, eggs, milk, vanilla, and brown sugar.
Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate crock overnight or for at least 1-2 hours.
Place crock back into crockpot and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
Serve with powdered sugar, honey, or whipped cream.
Notes
Dairy Free
Use a dairy free milk alternative. I recommend coconut milk or almond milk.
Gluten Free
Use a gluten free bread.
