Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Depending on size

can Diced Tomatoes with Garlic and Onion

Can Artichokes in brine
not marinated drained
Some Roasted Red Peppers
optional
Basil
Oregano

minced garlic
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in crockpot and top with tomatoes, drained artichokes, roasted red peppers, basil,
oregano, and garlic.
Cook on High for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
Serve over pasta or risotto.
Serves 4-6 depending on how many chicken breasts.
