Slow Cooker Hamburger & Potato Bake

An easy weeknight dinner! Try this Slow Cooker Hamburger & Potato Bake #recipe

I am always looking for something quick and easy to throw in the crockpot for dinner that everyone will enjoy! The Slow Cooker Hamburger & potato bake does the trick! Serve it with a side salad and you have a winner!

Crockpot Hamburger & Potato Casserole

Total Time:4 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef browned and drained
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 4 large potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom soup can
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Small Can Corn Niblets
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1-2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Instructions

  • Spray crock pot with non stick vegetable spray.
  • Layer potatoes, onions & garlic, and hamburger until all is used, sprinkling each layer with salt & pepper
  • Mix soup and milk together and pour over top.
  • Cook 3 to 4 hours on high.
  • Stir in corn niblets the last 30 minutes and top with cheese.

Notes

Cook in 4-6 qt crock pot for best results

      I bet instead of soup, mix taco seasons with water and pour that over it. Mmmmm I’m getting hungry!!!

  1. Loved the recipe. My son even went for second helpings which he never does unless he really likes something. However, next time I make this, I think I will opt to add frozen corn niblets. I think that would make the flavour better (personal opinion). I’d also like to try the recipe using frozen green beans.

    I made this recipe last nite and it was very Good ! I used extra cup of cheese
    And Sprinkled it on each hamburger layer, and cooked my onions in with the hamburger,,and Sprinkled Lawrys season salt as well in between each hamburger layer gave it a little more flavor, used 1 can of milk instead of 1/2 Cup..

    Very few and simple ingredients but very good. I didnt have red peppers so I used pepper flakes and no onion so I used onion flaked

  4. I’ve made this recipe and it’s very easy to make & Very yummy
    Getting ready to make it again had surgery on my right hand so my husband had to cut up the potatoes for me but he cubed them instead of slicing them
    Gonna try with them cubed 😂😂😂😂
